Same-Day Dispatch

·  Orders placed before 5:00 PM (UK time) Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) are dispatched the same day.

·  Royal Mail shipments have an earlier cut-off time of 3:00 PM.

Delivery options

·  Standard Delivery: 1–2 working days

·  Next-Day Delivery: Available at checkout (including 1-hour delivery slots with certain couriers)

Please note: Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays, or Bank Holidays unless you select a specific Saturday delivery option at checkout.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping when you spend over certain thresholds:

·  Retail customers: Free on orders over £100 (inc. VAT)

·  Trade customers: Free on orders over £240 (inc. VAT)

·  Trade Black accounts: Free shipping on all orders (subject to a fair usage policy)

Free shipping is provided via a 1–2 working day service using an unspecified courier. We may change couriers for this service without prior notice. If you require guaranteed next-day delivery, please select this option at checkout.

Shipping Restrictions

·  We do not ship to addresses deemed insecure, such as communal mailboxes or PO boxes. If this affects your order, we’ll notify you promptly.

·  Some destinations, such as the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, and Isle of Man, may not always be eligible for delivery.

·  Remote locations (e.g. highlands, islands, or certain rural postcodes) may take longer than the stated delivery times, and next-day delivery may not always be available.
