Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
At Next Wave Distribution, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something goes wrong or you change your mind, our returns policy is here to help.
If you need to return an item for any reason, please follow the steps below.
Return window & conditions
· Within 4 weeks of dispatch: Unused items may be returned for a refund if they’re in original, undamaged packaging and in resaleable condition.
· After 4 weeks: We can replace or exchange items (unless they’re faulty). A restocking fee may apply for certain items.
· Faulty items: These are treated under our standard faulty-goods process (not restricted by the 4-week change-of-mind period).
How to return (RMA process)
1. Email Customer Servicesinfo@nextwavedistrubution.com with your order reference (RMA 12345), the reason for return, and whether you’d like a replacement or a refund.
2. Our team will email you a Returned Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.
3. Send the item to us with the RMA number clearly written on the outer packaging to:

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll dispatch a replacement or raise a credit/refund as requested.
Helpful tips
· Please pack securely to prevent damage in transit.
· Consider using a tracked service and keep proof of postage until your return is processed.
Trade Customers
Please follow RMA Process for returns
- Missing items: Must be reported within 2 days of delivery.
- Missing orders: Must be reported within 2 days of receiving dispatch notification.
- Damaged packaging: Please take photos before unpacking if the packaging is damaged or wet.
- Standard returns:
- Within 30 days: Unused items in original packaging, or faulty items, can be returned for a full refund or Replacement
- After 30 days: Only faulty items can be returned, and will be replaced with an equal or superior item. If unavailable, store credit will be issued.
- Warranty:
- Unless stated otherwise, all parts are covered by a 1-year warranty (excluding consumables).
- A return does not extend the warranty—coverage remains 1 year from the original purchase date.
- Replacements: Free shipping for up to 12 months. After that, the customer pays shipping.
Cancellations
- You may cancel your order within 14 days of delivery (excluding business customers, who are exempt under The Consumer Contracts Regulations).
- Cancellations must be made by email or in writing (not by phone).
- You do not need to give a reason, though feedback helps us improve.
- Cancelled items must be returned within 14 days at your own expense in original packaging. Poor packaging may affect eligibility for a refund.
- Goods may be inspected within 14 days, but items that have been installed or used cannot be returned unless faulty.
- If the entire order is cancelled and returned, we’ll refund the full amount, excluding standard delivery. If only part of the order is returned, postage will not be refunded.
- Business customers may not cancel without mutual agreement.
Fraud Prevention
Next Wave Distribution takes fraud very seriously. We do not tolerate any attempts to obtain goods by fraudulent means. All fraudulent activity will be reported to the relevant authorities. Please be aware that IP addresses are recorded when orders are placed online and may be used to investigate suspected fraud.
